Proper Screening
- Thorough reference checking including employment confirmation and credit bureau clearances.
Regular Property Inspections
- Our service includes a quarterly inspection with a full comprehensive report accompanied by photographs where applicable.
Liaison with Service Providers
- Proper liaison with service providers including plumbers, electricians, garden and pool services, maintenance services etc is essential to verify the quality of work undertaken and that the fees charged are market related.
Liaison Insurance Companies
- Where mandated, we will liaise on your behalf with relevant insurance providers to assist with you claim(s).
Rental/Service Collections
- We have strict and efficient control procedures in place and thus far, have a 0% defaulters record. We pride ourselves on being one of the few to boast such a record. On your instruction we are also able to pay your service accounts from the proceeds of your rental income paid by the tenant. Should a tenant default in any respect we are able to liaise with Attorneys of your instruction should you so desire.
