A rental application must be completed where after a credit check will be done before any potential tenants will be taken through the property.This 4 Bedroom home with Top of the Range finishes is located on the best beachfront position, in Melkbosstrand. The house offers 3 levels. The bottom level offers a wine cellar with projector screen with under floor heating. The second level offers: An Open Plan Kitchen, Dining Room, Lounge, Guest Toilet and Braai-Fire place. This level has wooden floors. The third level has 4 bedrooms all with air-conditioning. The main bedroom's bathroom has under floor heating. The Main bedroom and 1 bedroom are fully en-suite. All four bedrooms have uninterrupted sea views.
